The product is a human scFv antibody binds to CD37. The mAb significantly inhibits the growth of lymphomas, specifically Ramos lymphomas. The CD37 antibody can also be utilized in dispersions, suspensions, or liposomes. The antibody is the scfv fragment antibody consisting of the variable regions of the immunoglobulin heavy and light chains connected by a peptide linker.

Whole blood samples from CLL patients were incubated with increasing concentrations (0.001 μg/ml to 100 μg/ml) of antibodies A2 and B2 for 3 hours.
