Mouse Anti-CD37 Recombinant Antibody; scFv Fragment (HPAB-0159-FY-S(P)) (CAT#: HPAB-0159-FY-S(P))
This is a recombinant Mouse antibody that specifically targets CD37. The HPAB-0159-FY antibody has a Kd value of 14 nM. However, it does not bind to human tumor cells that express the human CD37 antigen. HPAB-0159-FY-S(P) antibody is the scfv fragment antibody form of HPAB-0159-FY antibody. Single-chain variable fragments (scFvs) are artificial constructs consisting of the variable regions of the immunoglobulin heavy and light chains connected by a peptide linker.
