Anti-Human CD37 Recombinant Antibody scFv Fragment (chHH1.3) (CAT#: TAB-0273CL-S(P))
The chimeric anti-CD37 antibody originates from a murine monoclonal antibody. The chHH1.3 antibody did have a noticeable impact on targeted cell death in Daudi cells through the ADCC mechanism. TAB-0273CL-S(P) antibody is the scfv fragment antibody form of TAB-0273CL antibody. Single-chain variable fragments (scFvs) are artificial constructs consisting of the variable regions of the immunoglobulin heavy and light chains connected by a peptide linker.
