Recombinant Anti-Coagulation Factor VIII Soluble TCR (17A-19WK-10) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF863)
TCR (17A-19WK-10) recognizes Coagulation Factor VIII peptide (SYFTNMFATWSPSKARLHLQ) in the context of HLA-DR1. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant soluble TCR (17A-19WK-10). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
