Recombinant Anti-Coagulation Factor VIII Soluble TCR (32A-5) (C-Cys)

TCR (32A-5) recognizes Coagulation Factor VIII peptide (SYFTNMFATWSPSKARLHLQ) in the context of HLA-DR1. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
