Human Anti-CTLA4 Recombinant Antibody (clone 11.2.1); Fab Fragment (CAT#: HPAB-S0012-YC-F(E))
Provided is a fully human antibody against human cytotoxic T-lymphocyte antigen 4 (CTLA-4). Clone 11.2.1 does not recognize a reduced form of CTLA4 on Western blot, showing that the epitope of the antibody bound was not a linear epitope but more likely was a conformational epitope.
