Mouse Anti-FAS Recombinant Antibody Hexamer (VS-0924-YC128), CDC Enhanced (CAT#: VS-0924-YC128)
The product is a mouse anti-FAS antibody hexamer with enhanced CDC activity. This hexameric IgG1 targets human FAS and includes hexamerization-enhancing mutations that promote hexamer formation to mediate optimal C1q binding and enhance complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC).
