Human Anti-FAS Recombinant Antibody Hexamer (VS-0924-YC127), CDC Enhanced (CAT#: VS-0924-YC127)
This product is a human anti-FAS antibody hexamer with enhanced Complement-Dependent Cytotoxicity (CDC) activity. The hexameric IgG1, which targets human, marmoset, and chimpanzee FAS, includes hexamerization-enhancing mutations that promote hexamer formation. This design allows for optimal C1q binding, thereby enhancing CDC.
