This product is a human Fab fragment targeting HCV core with an epitope of aa 34-45. Clone B12.F8 was obtained from a cell line established from peripheral blood mononuclear cells of an infected patient. anti-HCV Core mAb B12.F8 was used for indirect immunofluorescence detection of Core expression in pSFV1-Core transfected BHK-21 cells.
