Recombinant human monoclonal antibody specially binds to human IL-18. This anti-IL-18 antibody h18-108 can be useful not only as epitope-defined antibodies to investigate the mechanism of IL-18 signaling, but also as therapeutic reagents for human disorders involving IL-18.

SDS-PAGE analysis of FAMAB-0041JF-S(P) in reduced (Lane 1) and non-reduced (Lane 2) conditions. Gel stained for 30 minutes with Coomassie Blue. As a result, different β-mercaptoethanol-reduced proteins (Heavy chain and Light chain) migrate as about 50 kDa and 25 kDa, respectively.
The purity of FAMAB-0041JF-S(P) was greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

ELISA analysis of FAMAB-0041JF-S(P) was performed by coating with recombinant human IL18 protein. Then blocked with BSA, and incubated with Human Anti-IL18 Recombinant Antibody (clone h18-108); scFv Fragment (FAMAB-0041JF-S(P)). The Goat Anti-Human IgG-HRP as a secondary antibody. Detection was performed using TMB substrate and stopped with sulfuric acid. The absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450 nm.
