This product is a rabbit IgG antibody that recognizes human IL2, which is a secreted cytokine produced by activated CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocytes, that is important for the proliferation of T and B lymphocytes. This antibody is recommended for flow cytometry (1/100) and ELISA (1/5000-1/10000) assays.
