This product is a rabbit recombinant antibody that is specific to phosphorylated MET. The target of this antibody is phospho-MET (Tyr1349). The clone R05-3D6 can be used in WB analysis at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000 and IP analysis at a dilution of 1/20. The molecular weight of MET (pTyr1349) observed in WB experiments using this antibody is 140-170 kDa.
