Recombinant monoclonal antibody Fab fragment specially binds to myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG). This monkey anti-MOG antibody (M12E) can be useful in the study of molecular mechanisms required for the production of potentially demyelinating antibodies in humans.
