Monkey Anti-MOG Recombinant Antibody (clone M12E) (CAT#: FAMAB-0228JF)

Recombinant monoclonal antibody specially binds to myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG). This monkey anti-MOG antibody (M12E) can be useful in the study of molecular mechanisms required for the production of potentially demyelinating antibodies in humans.

There is profound loss of MOG immunoreactivity at the active site of the lesion; MOG-positive granules can be seen in the cytoplasm of macrophages (early active lesion).
