Human Anti-SNCA Recombinant Antibody; Fab Fragment (HPAB-N0389-YC-F(E)) (CAT#: HPAB-N0389-YC-F(E))
This product is a recombinant human antibody Fab fragment that recognizes SNCA, a protein directly associated with Lewy body diseases. This Fab antibody could target and immunoprecipitate low molecular weight, spliced or truncated SNCA. Thus, it could recognize the pathological aggregated forms of SNCA and inhibit the pathological accumulation of SNCA in primary cortical neurons. This anti-SNCA Fab antibody was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media and was purified by affinity chromatography with a purity higher than 95%.
