This product is a recombinant human antibody Fab fragment that recognizes SNCA with sufficient activity. The Fab antibody was produced by a mammalian cell line expression system and purified by affinity chromatography. This Fab antibody product could be used in immunoassays assessing the level of α-synuclein from brain to blood and CSF in the research of neurodegeneration diseases.
