Mouse Anti-SNCA Recombinant Antibody; Fab Fragment (HPAB-653-FY-F(E)) (CAT#: HPAB-653-FY-F(E))
This product is a recombinant mouse antibody Fab fragment that recognizes SNCA, the pathological accumulation of which causes the development of many neurodegenerative disorders. The Fab antibody binds to an epitope within the recombinant amino acid 113-140 of human SNCA protein. The affinity and specificity of this antibody had been validated by western blot, immunoprecipitation, immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Purified by affinity chromatography, this Fab antibody product could be used in the detection and immunoassay research of neurodegenerative disorders, such as Parkinson's disease and dementia with lewy bodies.
