Mouse Anti-SNCA Recombinant Antibody; Fab Fragment (HPAB-M0696-YC-F(E)) (CAT#: HPAB-M0696-YC-F(E))
This product is a recombinant mouse antibody Fab fragment that recognizes SNCA. Its full-length antibody was derived from the hybridoma technology. This Fab antibody specifically binds to an epitope within amino acids 100-117 of human SNCA protein with high affinity. Its binding to SCNA has been validated in ELISA with recombinant human α-synuclein the antigen and in IHC with brain slices of PD patients. In the in vivo animal model, it could disrupt synuclein aggregation and reduce symptoms of Parkinson's disease. This Fab antibody can be humanized and purified by affinity chromatography in immunotherapeutic research of neurodegeneration.
