Recombinant Anti-TGFB1 Biparatopic Antibody, Tandem scFv

This biparatopic antibody (bpAb) is designed with tandem scFv arms for simultaneous, high-affinity binding to two distinct TGF beta1 epitopes: the helix3 region (where Q67 and H68 are key residues) and amino acids 83-112 of TGF beta1 protein.

Target
- Introduction
- On ligand binding, forms a receptor complex consisting of two type II and two type I transmembrane serine/threonine kinases. Type II receptors phosphorylate and activate type I receptors which autophosphorylate, then bind and activate SMAD transcriptional regulators. Receptor for TGF-beta.
