Camelid Anti-TNFRSF10B Recombinant Single Domain Antibody (clone 4E6) (CAT#: FAMAB-0324-CN-VHH)
This is a sdAb specifically against human DR5. The DR5 sdAb has great anti-tumor efficacy than conventional agonist antibodies, including durable tumor regressions in a panel of primary patient derived tumor xenografts from colon and pancreatic cancer patients.
