Mouse Anti-TNFSF11 Recombinant Antibody (clone 19H22)

This product is a recombinant mouse monoclonal antibody that recognizes human RANKL. MAb 19H22 is a potent inhibitor of the interaction between human RANKL and its receptor RANK. This antibody inhibits RANKL-mediated DC maturation and osteoclast development and function. It's useful in the treatment and diagnosis of conditions mediated by RANK ligand disorders.
