DrugMonitor™ Anti-Tabalumab Antibody (VS-1224-YC1146)

Tabalumab (LY 2127399) is a human monoclonal antibody against B-cell activating factor (BAFF), used in trials for treating autoimmune diseases, rheumatoid arthritis, chronic kidney failure, connective tissue disease, and systemic lupus erythematosus, among others. The DrugMonitor™ Anti-Tabalumab Antibody (VS-1224-YC1146) is an anti-drug antibody (ADA) against Tabalumab. This drug-based antibody is raised in mice immunized with the Tabalumab. The anti-Tabalumab antibody may be used in ELISA, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD) analyses, or serves as a reference standard in ADA assays. It also is an excellent tool for therapeutic drug monitoring, allowing to evaluate the drug efficacy and determine the drug concentration of the Tabalumab in samples.
