This product is a MHC monomer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex composed HLA-A-derived peptide of VMAPRTLVL sequence covering 3-11 and HLA-E*01:01 molecule. The pMHC monomer recognizes human CD8 T cells and can be used in the MHC tetramer analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.

Good Quality HLA-E Monomer
This HLA-E*01:01 monomer loaded with the HLA-A leader peptide VMAPRTLVL performed well. The biotin tag made it easy to use for creating tetramers, and it recognized human CD8 T cells as expected in our experiments.
