Recombinant Mouse Anti-CTLA4 Capture Antibody (clone 1A8) (CAT#: VS3-WK1626)
This antibody is a mouse recombinant antibody against human CTLA4. The sandwich ELISA was established using matched antibody pair 1A8 and 9C7. The clone 1A8 can be used in ELISA analysis as a capture antibody at a dilution of 1/1000. It was developed by immunization of mouse with recombinant human CTLA4 protein and then was produced as a recombinant antibody. The isotype of this product is mouse IgG1.
