Afuco™ Anti-Human FGFR2 ADCC Recombinant Antibody (BAY 1179470), ADCC Enhanced (CAT#: AFC-271CL)
Anti-FGFR2 ADCC Enhanced Antibody (BAY 1179470) is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. This is a novel fibroblast growth factor receptor 2 (FGFR2) directed antibody used for cancer therapy. FGFR2 is expressed in a range of tumor types such as gastric, breast, HNSCC, pancreatic and ovarian cancers. FGFR2 has been described to promote tumor growth and survival and play a role in chemotherapy resistance.

Excellent Specificity
This antibody provides exceptional specificity for FGFR2. I used it in Western Blot and obtained clean, distinct bands without any background noise. Highly recommend for targeted studies.
Impressive ADCC Activity
The ADCC enhancement is real and impactful. In our cell cytotoxicity assays, this antibody showed significantly improved efficacy compared to others. A great tool for functional studies.
Highly Specific
We were concerned about cross-reactivity, but this antibody proved to be very specific to FGFR2. It didn't pick up any other FGFR family members. Perfect for targeted research.
