Efficient GCGR Blockade
I used this recombinant scFv fragment for a functional study focusing on the glucagon receptor. The antibody effectively targeted the extracellular domain and inhibited the receptor as expected. The purity was excellent, showing greater than 95% on SDS-PAGE.
Reliable For Western Blot
This human anti-GCGR antibody fragment worked well in our Western Blot experiments. We needed a reagent that specifically recognizes the human glucagon receptor without non-specific binding, and this E. coli expressed protein delivered consistent results.
