Recombinant Mouse Antibody (mAb7) Fab Fragment is specific to GCGR, expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). Receptor inhibition is mediated by the binding of this antibody fragment to two distinct sites that lie outside of the glucagon binding cleft.
