Anti-Human ICOS Recombinant Antibody

Recombinant Human monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO binding to Human ICOS. The antibodiess directed against ICOS can induce IL-10 and IFNγ production, induce CD4+ T cells proliferation, reduce Tconv proliferation, and increase the immunosuppressive function of Treg.
