Recombinant Human Antibody is capable of binding to NOTCH1 NRR, expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-NOTCH1 NRR fab and CH1-3 region of human fab and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-NOTCH1 NRR proteins fab and CL of human light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition. This antibody holds the promise of simultaneously targeting cancers by directly inhibiting cancer cell growth and disrupting tumour angiogenesis.
