Anti-TEK ADCC Enhanced Antibody is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. The antibodies that bind to Tie2 are useful for the treatment of disorders associated with one or more Tie2 biological activities including angiogenesis. Aberrant angiogenesis is associated with several disease conditions including, proliferative retinopathies, rheumatoid arthritis and psoriasis.
