CTLA-4 (extracellular domain) scaffold protein anti-Human CD86

The CTLA-4 (extracellular domain) that bound CD86 was isolated from the library using Phage display techonology. After affinity maturation, CTLA-4 variants were identified having affinities for CD86 as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
