Human Anti-BSG Recombinant Antibody (clone 147)

This humanized antibody recognizes the hinge to the membrane-proximal immunoglobulin domain of CD147 isoform 2. Clone 147 cross-reacts with human and monkey. It inhibits the molecular chaperone function of CD147 and has potent antitumor efficacy.
