Human Anti-CD276 Recombinant Antibody (HPAB-M0426-YC) (CAT#: HPAB-M0426-YC)
This product is a recombinant humanized IgG antibody that binds human B7-H3. The antibody cross reacts with cynomolgus monkey. The antibody exhibits an affinity of 21.3 nM for human B7-H3 protein and an affinity of 48.4 nM for cynomolgus monkey B7-H3 protein. The antibody enables in vivo study of efficacy in Calu-6 non-small cell lung cancer cells.
