Anti-CD37 monoclonal antibody immunoliposomes (ILs) have emerged as a promising strategy for the targeted delivery of therapeutic agents to B chronic lymphocytic leukemia (B-CLL) cells. These immunoliposomes exhibit remarkable specificity, ensuring that the active components are preferentially directed to both established leukemia cell lines and primary cells from patients suffering from B-CLL. This targeted approach not only enhances the efficacy of the treatment but also minimizes potential side effects by sparing healthy cells, highlighting the potential of immunoliposomes in improving outcomes for B-CLL patients.
