This product is a recombinant antibody Fab fragment that recognizes CXCR4. The monoclonal antibody Fab fragment Ab124 reacts with the epitope of CXCR4. Ab124 can inhibit SDF-1 induced chemotaxis in human breast cancer line MDA-MB-231.
