Human Anti-DKK1 Recombinant Antibody (clone Sirexatamab) (CAT#: VS-0723-WK25)
This product is a humanized IgG4 antibody that recognizes human DKK1, a member of the dickkopf family of proteins that bind to the LRP6 co-receptor and inhibits beta-catenin-dependent wnt signaling. Sirexatamab is recommended for flow cytometry at a dilution of 1:100.
