Rabbit Anti-F3 Recombinant Antibody (clone R01-8E5) (CAT#: VS3-FY2093)
The R01-8E5 is a rabbit recombinant monoclonal antibody that is direct against human F3. It is suitable for use in a variety of assays, including WB, IHC-F, IHC-P, ICC/IF, IP. We verify the QC result of the antibody through western blot (dilution 1/500-1/1000), immunohistochemistry (dilution 1/50-1/100), immunofluorescence (dilution 1/50-1/200), immunoprecipitation (dilution 1/20).

- Function
- Initiates blood coagulation by forming a complex with circulating factor VII or VIIa. The [TF:VIIa] complex activates factors IX or X by specific limited proteolysis. TF plays a role in normal hemostasis by initiating the cell-surface assembly and propagation of the coagulation protease cascade.
