Human Anti-KDR Recombinant Antibody (clone RD); scFv Fragment (CAT#: HPAB-M0126-YC-S(P))
Provided is a full-human anti-KDR antibody RD against VEGFR2 (vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2). The antibody can be specifically combined with VEGFR2 and can inhibit the growth of VEGF induced HUVEC. It is provided for treating the diseases featured by the expression of VEGF and particularly overexpression and related diseases include but are not limited to diabetes complicating eye diseases such as cancer and retina macular degeneration.
