    Mouse Anti-PLCG1 Recombinant Antibody (clone F7); scFv Fragment (CAT#: FAMAB-0249-YC-S(P))

    Provided is a antibody as a blocker for PLC-γ1 mediated signaling. Antibody, designated F7, bound to PLC-γ1 with high affinity in vitro. F7 also bound to PLC-γ1 in vivo and altered the distribution pattern of PLC-g1 from the cytoplasm to the intracellular aggregates, where F7 was localized. Moreover, F7 interrupted the EGF-induced translocation of PLC-γ1 from the cytosol to the membrane ru‚e and attenuated EGF-induced inositol phosphates generation and intracellular calcium mobilization.
