The Rabbit Anti-STAT3 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat STAT3. STAT3, a STAT family member, activates transcription upon phosphorylation by signals like EGF and IL6, playing roles in cellular processes like apoptosis. The anti-STAT3 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/1000), Immunocytochemistry (1/50-1/200), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200), Immunohistochemistry-paraffin (1/50-1/200).
