It is an agonistic rabbit antibody specific for TNFRSF9 (TNF receptor superfamily member 9), which contributes to the clonal expansion, survival, and development of T cells. This antibody specifically reacts with human TNFRSF9. It has been reported for use in Flow cytometry, Agonistic assays and Mass Cytometry. The recommended dilutions of Flow cytometry is 2.5 µg/106 cells.
