Mouse Anti-TNFSF11 Recombinant Antibody (TN53)

The anti-TNFSF11 recombinant antibody (TN53) reacts with human, monkey, mouse, rat and rabbit TNFSF11. TNFSF11 (RANKL) is a cytokine produced by osteoblasts and activated T-cells. It is the definitive ligand for the RANK receptor. RANKL signaling is the master regulator of bone resorption; its overproduction leads to osteoporosis and bone destruction in metastatic cancer and rheumatoid arthritis. The anti-TNFSF11 antibody (TN53) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
