Recombinant Mouse Anti-HLA-A Soluble TCR (CBY1) (C-Cys)

Mouse TCR (CBY1) recognizes HLA-A peptide (RYLENGKETL) in the context of H2-Kd. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
