Recombinant Mouse Anti-HLA-A Soluble TCR (CBY1) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF477)
Mouse TCR (CBY1) recognizes HLA-A peptide (RYLENGKETL) in the context of H2-Kd. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Mouse soluble TCR (CBY1). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
