Recombinant Rabbit Anti-IL1B Detection Antibody (clone R05-7O9) (CAT#: VS3-WK1687)

This antibody is a rabbit recombinant antibody against human IL1B. It was developed by immunization of rabbit with recombinant human IL1B protein and then was produced as a recombinant antibody. The isotype of this product is rabbit IgG. R02-6S1 and R05-7O9 were identified as antibody pair for sandwich ELISA. As a detection antibody, the clone R05-7O9 can be used in ELISA analysis to identify human IL1B.

    Promotes Th17 differentiation of T-cells. Synergizes with IL12/interleukin-12 to induce IFNG synthesis from T-helper 1 (Th1) cells
