Recombinant Mouse Anti-IL2 Detection Antibody (clone 12D10) (CAT#: VS3-WK1651)
This antibody is a mouse recombinant antibody against human IL2. The sandwich ELISA was established using matched antibody pair 2A10 and 12D10. The clone 12D10 can be used in ELISA analysis as a detection antibody at a dilution of 1/1000. It was developed by immunization of mouse with recombinant human IL2 protein and then was produced as a recombinant antibody. The isotype of this product is mouse IgG2a.
