Human Anti-DLL4 Recombinant Antibody (TAB-222MZ) (CAT#: TAB-222MZ)
This product is a recombinant human antibody that recognizes DLL4 (Delta-like ligand 4). The anti-DLL-4 monoclonal antibody was able to bind efficiently to DLL-4 expressed on the surface of cells. EC₅₀ value was calculated for the anti-DLL4 antibody ranges from 0.1 to 0.3 nM. The antibody can block the binding of DLL-4 to Notch-1 and efficiently inhibit the interaction of human DLL-4 with both human and rat Notch-1. It efficiently inhibited DLL-4 stimulation of Notch-1 target gene regulation.
