Recombinant Anti-human FOLR1 Intrabody [+36 GFP] (CAT#: IAB-B029(G))
Recombinant anti-FOLR1 intrabody in fusion with +36GFP works within cells to bind FOLR1, which is selectively overexpressed in 90% of nonmucinous ovarian carcinomas, expressed in CHO cells. FR expression is associated with tumor progression and affects cell proliferation and the intracellular expression of single-chain (sc) antibodiess (intrabody) can downmodulate membrane expression of FR in ovary cancer cells.
