This product is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. Recombinant monoclonal antibody to folate receptor 1. It is a monoclonal antibody which is being investigated for the treatment of ovarian cancer, It is targeted at FR-alpha which is overexpressed in some cancers such as ovarian cancer.

DrugMonitor™ Anti-Farletuzumab Antibody (VS-1224-YC466)Farletuzumab (MORAb-003) is a fully humanized monoclonal antibody targeting the folate receptor alpha, developed for epithelial ovarian cancer treatment. The DrugMonitor™ Anti-Farletuzumab Antibody (VS-1224-YC466) is an anti-drug antibody (ADA) against Farletuzumab. This drug-based antibody is raised in mice immunized with the Farletuzumab. The anti-Farletuzumab antibody may be used in ELISA, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD) analyses, or serves as a reference standard in ADA assays. It also is an excellent tool for therapeutic drug monitoring, allowing to evaluate the drug efficacy and determine the drug concentration of the Farletuzumab in samples.
