Reliable TGFBR2 Detection

Clone 19A2 is a solid performer for detecting TGF-beta Receptor II. We used it in Western Blotting of cell lysates, and it gave a clean band at the expected size. This mouse monoclonal antibody is highly specific and has helped us monitor receptor levels in our signaling studies.

Good Flow Cytometry

We utilized this antibody for flow cytometry to analyze cell surface expression of TGFBR2. The staining was bright and allowed us to distinguish between receptor-positive and negative populations. The recombinant nature ensures consistency for our quantitative analysis.
